I was asked to create a mural for Zappos, featuring their core value “Do More With Less.” They created murals in 10 major cities through Beautify Earth, and I was chosen for Chicago. 

I’ve been a huge fan of their culture for some time now. For years, I have given the book Delivering Happiness by Tony Hsieh to every new person at the studio. 

“Do more with less” is literally what we do every day. We work in a very small space, with humble resources, and are able to make epic & incredible things happen.

My goal is to make public art out in the world that is jaw dropping and exciting. I really enjoy this scale, it’s fantastic. 

The mural is created from my signature cursive font, and the entire mural is layers of laser cut stencils. The black “more” was laid down first, and second layer of “less” in white. More is literally made from less :)
